At Tropic of C, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable swimwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
